Install Mady Cut

Licensed downloads are not open yet. The development installer does not enforce trials or licensing.

Requirements

Windows, Creative Cloud Desktop and licensed Premiere Pro.
Premiere Pro 25.6+. Tested on 26.3.0.93; other versions and macOS are unverified.
Internet for license checks. Media analysis stays local.
Caption tracks are not supported by the current nested-output workflow.

Installation

Save your project and close Premiere Pro.
Download your licensed CCX from your Mady Cut account.
Open the CCX in Creative Cloud Desktop and review Adobe's installation prompts.
Restart Premiere and open Window > UXP Plugins > Mady Cut.
When the licensed release opens, activate with your account's license key. The current v0.2.8 development panel has no activation.

Remove silence

Activate your source timeline and refresh the panel.
Choose Entire sequence, In/Out range, or Only selected time areas.
Pick a preset and adjust threshold, minimum silence and padding.
Analyze, then inspect the count and waveform before removing silence.
Mady Cut creates a new sequence. Review picture and audio, then save before export.

Troubleshooting

Restart Premiere after updates and refresh the active timeline. Use timeline In/Out marks, not Source Monitor marks. Selected areas need enabled, audible audio. Do not edit while analysis or cuts are running.
