Launch status
This storefront is a launch preview, not an open checkout. Paid access and licensed downloads are disabled. Mady Cut is the product brand, not a confirmed registered company name. Seller legal name and contact address must be supplied and these terms approved before trading.
Trial and access
An eligible seven-day trial requires verified recurring-payment authorization through Razorpay. The first billing date is fixed seven days after checkout setup and displayed before mandate approval; authorization must be completed within 15 minutes. A returning customer who already used a trial does not get another trial. Monthly renews at USD $1 or INR 99 per calendar month; Yearly renews at USD $10 or INR 999 per year, until cancelled or the mandate ends. Mandates allow at most 60 monthly or 5 yearly payments. Fixed regional prices are not exchange-rate conversions. Crossed-out USD $5/month, USD $50/year, INR 499/month and INR 4,999/year are planned regular prices, not historical selling prices; renewals remain at the authorized launch price unless a new price is explicitly agreed. An authorization/verification charge may apply and will be shown by Razorpay. No subscription starts from a checkbox alone; server verification is required.
Product limitations
Mady Cut removes threshold-based silence in Premiere Pro and creates a new nested sequence. It is not an AI speech detector. Music and background noise can affect detection. Selected mode uses time areas, not track-isolated clips. Caption tracks are not supported. Review and save your work before export; later source changes may affect nested output.
Allowed use
The intended paid license is personal to the purchasing user, for their own editing work including client projects. Do not resell, share license keys or distribute the installer as your own product. Device activation limits are not implemented in this storefront foundation. Terms for teams and transfers have not yet been finalized.
Compatibility and support
Native developer testing used Windows and Premiere Pro 26.3.0.93. Other versions and macOS are not certified. Premiere Pro is purchased separately. Support is available at asifprods@gmail.com; no response-time guarantee is promised. These draft terms do not remove applicable statutory rights.
